Arabic: وَ لَوۡ رَحِمۡنٰہُمۡ وَ کَشَفۡنَا مَا بِہِمۡ مِّنۡ ضُرٍّ لَّلَجُّوۡا فِیۡ طُغۡیَانِہِمۡ یَعۡمَہُوۡنَ ﴿۷۵﴾

Translation: And even if We gave them mercy and removed what was upon them of affliction, they would persist in their transgression, wandering blindly.
