Surah 6 • Ayah 43 of 165

فَلَولَا اِذ جَآءَہُم بَاسُنَا تَضَرَّعُوا وَ لٰکِن قَسَت قُلُوبُہُم وَ زَیَّنَ لَہُمُ الشَّیطٰنُ مَا کَانُوا یَعمَلُونَ ۝٤٣

6:43

Then why, when Our punishment came to them, did they not humble themselves? But their hearts became hardened, and Satan made attractive to them that which they were doing.

Arabic: فَلَوۡلَاۤ اِذۡ جَآءَہُمۡ بَاۡسُنَا تَضَرَّعُوۡا وَ لٰکِنۡ قَسَتۡ قُلُوۡبُہُمۡ وَ زَیَّنَ لَہُمُ الشَّیۡطٰنُ مَا کَانُوۡا یَعۡمَلُوۡنَ ﴿۴۳﴾

Roman Urdu Translation

So jab unn ko humari saza phonchi thi to unhon ney aajzi kiyon nahi ikhtiyar ki? Lekin unn kay quloob sakht hogaye aur shetan ney unn kay aemaal ko unn kay khayal mein aaraasta ker diya.
