Arabic: اِنَّا جَعَلۡنَا فِیۡۤ اَعۡنَاقِہِمۡ اَغۡلٰلًا فَہِیَ اِلَی الۡاَذۡقَانِ فَہُمۡ مُّقۡمَحُوۡنَ ﴿۸﴾

Translation: Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft.
