Arabic: کَمۡ اَہۡلَکۡنَا مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِمۡ مِّنۡ قَرۡنٍ فَنَادَوۡا وَّ لَاتَ حِیۡنَ مَنَاصٍ ﴿۳﴾

Translation: How many a generation have We destroyed before them, and they [then] called out; but it was not a time for escape.
