وَ مَا کَانَ رَبُّکَ لِیُہلِکَ القُرٰی بِظُلمٍ وَّ اَہلُہَا مُصلِحُونَ ۝١١٧

And your Lord would not have destroyed the cities unjustly while their people were reformers.
