Arabic: لَا یَرۡقُبُوۡنَ فِیۡ مُؤۡمِنٍ اِلًّا وَّ لَا ذِمَّۃً ؕ وَ اُولٰٓئِکَ ہُمُ الۡمُعۡتَدُوۡنَ ﴿۱۰﴾

Translation: They do not observe toward a believer any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. And it is they who are the transgressors.
