Arabic: اِلَّا الۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِیۡنَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَ النِّسَآءِ وَ الۡوِلۡدَانِ لَا یَسۡتَطِیۡعُوۡنَ حِیۡلَۃً وَّ لَا یَہۡتَدُوۡنَ سَبِیۡلًا ﴿ۙ۹۸﴾

Translation: Except for the oppressed among men, women and children who cannot devise a plan nor are they directed to a way -
