Arabic: اِلَّا مَنۡ ظَلَمَ ثُمَّ بَدَّلَ حُسۡنًۢا بَعۡدَ سُوۡٓءٍ فَاِنِّیۡ غَفُوۡرٌ رَّحِیۡمٌ ﴿۱۱﴾

Translation: Otherwise, he who wrongs, then substitutes good after evil - indeed, I am Forgiving and Merciful.
