Arabic: اِنَّ نَاشِئَۃَ الَّیۡلِ ہِیَ اَشَدُّ وَطۡاً وَّ اَقۡوَمُ قِیۡلًا ؕ﴿۶﴾

Translation: Indeed, the hours of the night are more effective for concurrence [of heart and tongue] and more suitable for words.
