Arabic: قُلۡ مَنۡ رَّبُّ السَّمٰوٰتِ السَّبۡعِ وَ رَبُّ الۡعَرۡشِ الۡعَظِیۡمِ ﴿۸۶﴾

Translation: Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?"
