وَ لَو شِئنَا لَبَعَثنَا فِی کُلِّ قَریَۃٍ نَّذِیرًا ۝٥١

25:51

And if We had willed, We could have sent into every city a warner.

Translation: And if We had willed, We could have sent into every city a warner.
