Arabic: یُعَذِّبُ مَنۡ یَّشَآءُ وَ یَرۡحَمُ مَنۡ یَّشَآءُ ۚ وَ اِلَیۡہِ تُقۡلَبُوۡنَ ﴿۲۱﴾

Translation: He punishes whom He wills and has mercy upon whom He wills, and to Him you will be returned.
