Arabic: وَ حَرٰمٌ عَلٰی قَرۡیَۃٍ اَہۡلَکۡنٰہَاۤ اَنَّہُمۡ لَا یَرۡجِعُوۡنَ ﴿۹۵﴾

Translation: And there is prohibition upon [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return
