Arabic: وَ ہُوَ الۡقَاہِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِہٖ ؕ وَ ہُوَ الۡحَکِیۡمُ الۡخَبِیۡرُ ﴿۱۸﴾

Translation: And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise, the Acquainted [with all].
