Arabic: اِلَّا مَا شَآءَ اللّٰہُ ؕ اِنَّہٗ یَعۡلَمُ الۡجَہۡرَ وَ مَا یَخۡفٰی ؕ﴿۷﴾

Translation: Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden.
