Arabic: وَ فِیۡۤ اَمۡوَالِہِمۡ حَقٌّ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَ الۡمَحۡرُوۡمِ ﴿۱۹﴾

Translation: And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived.
