Arabic: ہٰذَا بَیَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَ ہُدًی وَّ مَوۡعِظَۃٌ لِّلۡمُتَّقِیۡنَ ﴿۱۳۸﴾

Translation: This [Qur'an] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allah .
